After years of refusing to enter the realm of the blog, I have succumbed. It has been ten years of living, teaching and traveling overseas, and now Ben and I are expecting our first child. We figured that the best way to keep people posted on the haps of our new addition would be to keep an ongoing blog. So here I am, seven plus months pregnant, in the heat and dust of Khartoum, Sudan writing my first post.
I leave on the 25th of September, back to Canada to stay with my parents in Vernon, British Columbia. Ben will follow on the 31st of October, and our expected due date is November 20th. If all goes well, we will be returning with baby to Sudan at the beginning of January.
